System Requirements
Before installing EAGetMail Service, ensure your system meets the requirements described in this section. Otherwise EmailArchitect EAGetMail Service setup may not run properly after installation. The followings are minimum requirements for EmailArchitect EAGetMail Service:

Installation
To install EmailArchitect EAGetMail Service you require a single installation file named "EAGetMailService.exe". You must download the latest version of the installation file for the setup. This file can be downloaded at our website:

After the installation is complete, click "EAGetMail Service Manager" from "Start menu-> All Programs->EmailArchitect EAGetMail Service->EAGetMail Service Manager" to set up the Mail Pull.
Compatibility with Anti-Virus/Anti-Spy software
If your server/workstation has anti-virus/anti-spy software installed such as Norton AV, Mcafee and etc.
Please add [EAGetMail Service Installation Path] to the excluding directory of those software.
Moreover, Emailarchitect EAGetMail service creates/invokes the following processes/scripting on the server:
EAGetMailSvr
EAGetMailSvc
cscript.exe [EAGetMail Service Installation Path]\installer\infuncs.vbs
If Anti-Virus/Anti-Spy software pop up a dialog box asking if the above processes
are allowed to be running on this machine, choose "yes"; otherwise EmailArchitect EAGetMail service will not work properly.
