Journal and troubleshooting

Administrator can check the journal of EAGetMail Service from "EAGetMail Service Manager" -> "Journal" -> Journal Options

Journal Options

By default, EAGetMail Service only records the error information in journal. You can change the log level in Change Log Level. If you choose Full Log, the log file size will be large and is not recommended. EAGetMail Service automatically deletes the log files over 7 days old.
