We use the EASendMail service and recently users have complained they've just received emails that were in December. I'm trying to work out how to clear the queue in case this has been a problem but I can only seem to view it. Any ideas? Thanks, Monica

To pure the emails in the queue, you can go to Administrative Tools->Services and stop "EmailArchitect EASendMail Service"
then go to easendmail installation path\queue and delay folder and delete all files in those folder, then restart "EmailArchitect EASendMail Service", then it should be ok

Hi Ivan, We've got this problem again - massive delays with some messages although others are delivered immediately. I've tried following your instructions but ALL folders (except log) are empty. I've stopped & started the service and renamed the temp.log file. When I look in the interface 'Service Manager' there are lots of messages in the 'Message Queued' and 'Message Dropped' journals. Any idea where I'd find these files on the server so I can delete them? Thanks again, Monica

Hi, let me explain the journal
Message Drop - EASendMail component submits emails to EASendMail Service
Message Queued - EASendMail prepared the email to send the email to remote server.
But event after the email was delivered to the SMTP server, the log entry in Message Drop and Message Queued will not be removed.
If there is no emails in queue, drop and delayed folder, that means all email were sent.
You should check the journal in Message Sent or Relay Error.
