I am developing a program that will use EASendMail to send a few hundred emails with attachments though a MS Exchange server using a normal user email address. (Its actually sending student reports home to parents and will send 300 odd emails every couple of months or so). The sending in the test program works fine but we shall not be monitoring the sending address for replies, nor do we want copies of all the sent mails to be stored anywhere. Is there a way to prevent this 'generic' email account getting filled up with copies of all the sent mail (other than manually deleting them every so often)? Also, although I can set up an 'out of office' rule, is there a way to prevent the storing of any incoming mail that will never be read? i.e. I just want to send mail, nothing more.

By default, EASendMail + EWS protocol always save a copy of message to sent items, however I will add a feature to change the default behavior. I will email to you once the beta version is finished. Secondly, I thought you can set a rule in your mailbox which can delete all incoming emails automatically.

Thank you very much, such features would be very useful. I look forward to recieving the beta. If it were possible to have boolean properties like 'Save sent mail' and 'Accept incoming mail' that would be good. Although even as it is I find EAsendmail to be very robust and useful. The rule to delete all incoming is probably possible, but I don't think there is a way to delete all sent mail automatically.
