Hello, When we parse an email and got a Failure Delivery Report, if the type of repport is Failure Report, is it possible to know if the type is hard bounce (the email does not exist) or soft bounce (for exemple delay or blacklist) Best regards Florent

There is not a standard, but you can guess it by ErrDescription, if the description contains "mailbox", "user", it is likely a hard bounce, otherwise, it is a soft bounce.
