Body with HTML formatting doesn't execute the BR tag - Some receivers of mail are missing part of the html body text

Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered Joined: 3/30/2020(UTC) Posts: 1		Hi! I am sending a mail with linebreaks. The bodytype is Text/html and the body contains </br> in order to break lines. For some receivers this works and for som receivers of email it does not? A customer uses outlook as email client, if he sends it to his workmail it works, if he sends it to gmail and uses outlook to get it it does not. If i look at the mailbody, the </br> are there but not executed. I have a header <h1> that works in booth cases. There is one difference and that is that in the mail that works, it has a content type, this is how ever missing in the mail that behaivs incorrectly. If i send a HTML formatted mail from my outlook to the address that doesn't work from EAMailer it does work. Any hint idea on where to look? Using version 7.5 Regards Martin Arvidsson

Using version 7.5 Regards Martin Arvidsson Outlook removes "unused line break" for better viewer, for example: line1 <br> line2 <br> in outlook, it may display as: <p> line1 line2 </p> you can use <div> line1 </<div> <div> line2 </<div> instead of <br>
