VAT/Sales Tax/GST
The VAT is not included in the price. VAT charge is applied to a purchase depends on the location of the buyer; if the buyer is from a country where VAT applies, a VAT charge will be applied to the transaction.
Tax Exemption Certificate
If you have a Sales Tax exemption certificate, Paddle can issue a tax refund only after the order has been paid. To do so, the customer will have to send the tax exemption documentation to our buyer support team via assist@paddle.com. Our buyer support team will then review the documentation and issue the tax refund accordingly if the documentation is valid.

- For each successful enterprise license registration, a non-exclusive license was granted for a SINGLE company to use this software on ONE server.

Software Upgrade
AIFEI & AdminSystem Software license is lifetime, but each software license is provided with a software upgrade/support period. Upon expiration you can no longer upgrade the software with your license key. If you want to subscribe one-year software update/support, please contact sales@emailarchitect.net.
