I installed the DKIM Manager on my Exchange Edge Server 2013, Windows 2012 R2 Standard.

I created a DKIM signature for each of my 2 domains. Sent the public keys to the appropriate DNS servers that hosts those domains.

I sent an email to the test site, which came back as passed.

I had it up for about 2 weeks, was working great - no issues. I paid for the product and installed the license in the License Code tab - It says Expiration: Never. I'm on Version: 3.3.0.1.

Last week I rebooted the server due to installation of Windows Updates. When it came back up, although the DKIM says it is active and the transport agent says its enabled, the DKIM signature doesn't get attached to the header of the external email. I sent an email to the test site and the DKIM says it has none.

What do I need to do to get this working again?

Hi, did you install Exchange 2013 SP1 in latest update?

If you did, please re-run the installer again (don't uninstall current version), the installer should fix this problem.

And please also go to journal->and change log level to debug, then send a test email and check the journal again, please send me the log to support@emailarchitect.net

Here is solution:

Current all of messages are in TNEF format and DKIM treat it as internal MAPI message, so DKIM was not signed.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb310786(v=exchg.150).aspx

After change it to

Never use TNEF for any messages sent to the remote domain.

Everything works fine.
