for thisuser i got this message from hotmail :

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;510 RCPT rejected: hard delete, not in safe lists

anybody knows why this error occurs ?
and in which event of the emalarchitect server this error will occur ?

It seems this hotmail user sets the anti-spam to highest level which only allows emails from the sender in his contact/safe list.
You cannot resolve it from ea server except this hotmail user adds the sender email address to his safe list.
