Had to add another exchange server to the mix. I installed DKIM Manager for IIS SMTP on NEW Exchange Server. Both servers are in play for the time being.. I copied over the DKIM files from the old server following your instructions but now I'm starting to kickbacks from GMAIL saying "This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. "

When I look on my NEW server it say Trial Expired .. Can I use the same key on this server also ? Eventually old server will go away.
