I applied the following code:
oMsg.Load(msgPath, False)

However, when parsing certain .eml files, the Subject header appears as:
=?Windows-31J?B?gXlQYXlQYXmBepBSjbiMi4nKgsyCqJJtgueCuQ==?=

While parsing certain .eml files, I noticed that not only the Subject header but also the message body is Base64‑encoded. Unfortunately, the body text does not display correctly and appears corrupted, similar to the issue with the subject line.
Could you please advise on how to properly handle Base64‑encoded message bodies so that the text is shown correctly?
