hi

for thisuser i got this message from hotmail :
Final-Recipient: rfc822;someguy@hotmail.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;510 RCPT rejected: hard delete, not in safe lists

anybody knows why this error occurs ?
and in which event of the emalarchitect server this error will occur ?

It seems this hotmail user sets the anti-spam to highest level which only allows emails from the sender in his contact/safe list.
You cannot resolve it from ea server except this hotmail user adds the sender email address to his safe list.

This event should be fired:

Message Event: When an email is failed to deliver to an remote host
